How do you ensure comic books and cards are protected during shipping?
We take collectibility seriously. All individual cards are shipped in sleeves and top-loaders, while comic books are bagged, boarded, and mailed in reinforced 'Gemini' mailers to prevent any bending or corner damage during transit.
What is your return policy for sealed TCG products?
Sealed trading card products (such as booster boxes or elite trainer boxes) can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the factory shrink-wrap and seals are completely intact. We cannot accept returns on opened packs or boxes due to the nature of the industry.
How do you determine the grade and condition of your cards and comics?
Our expert staff follows industry-standard grading scales. For comics, we use the Overstreet guidelines, and for raw cards, we provide high-resolution scans and condition tags ranging from Near Mint (NM) to Heavily Played (HP).
Can I pre-order upcoming releases and sets?
Yes! We offer pre-orders for most major TCG expansions and comic book variants. Please note that all items in an order containing a pre-order item will ship together once the final item is officially released.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to customers in the United States, Canada, and select international regions. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
